Nioret World is built to give humanity room to communicate across countries and languages: maximum human freedom with the minimum restrictions needed to protect real people, real participation, and the integrity of the network.
1. Be a real participant
Do not impersonate people to deceive or harm, run fake human accounts, use bots that pretend to be people, fabricate conversation or consensus, create fake reviews or popularity, buy or sell engagement, or operate spam armies.
2. Serious harm
Do not credibly threaten, organize, encourage, or facilitate serious physical harm.
3. Harassment
Disagreement and strong opinions are allowed. Targeted harassment, stalking, repeated unwanted abuse, or conduct intended to terrorize or intimidate may be restricted.
4. Exploitation and serious illegal abuse
Do not use Nioret World to facilitate unlawful exploitation, trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, or other serious illegal abuse.
5. Impersonation
Do not falsely present yourself as another real person, organization, official body, or trusted entity in a way likely to deceive or harm others.
6. Spam and manipulation
Do not flood discussions, send repetitive unsolicited messages, mass-create accounts, manipulate engagement, or use automation to distort conversation.
7. Privacy and security
Do not maliciously publish another person’s highly sensitive private information or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or private messages.
8. Intellectual property
Post content you have the right to share.
9. Spaces
Communities and World Lobby are live shared spaces. Forum is persistent public discussion. Messages and private groups are participant-limited. Core safety and authenticity rules apply across all of them.
10. Language and translation
People may communicate in their own language. Do not attack users merely for speaking another language, nationality, or cultural background. Automated translation may be imperfect.
11. No popularity hierarchy
Nioret World does not use public follower counts, paid reach, or paid trust as the measure of human worth. Interaction Badges, if used, are recognition only and must not affect reach, trust, moderation, verification, or access rights.
12. Reporting
Use reporting tools for genuine safety, impersonation, spam, exploitation, illegal-abuse, or serious-harm concerns. Do not weaponize reporting merely to silence disagreement.
13. Enforcement
Nioret Systems may take proportionate action including content removal, feature limitation, suspension, or account deletion. Enforcement should focus on behavior and risk, not popularity, nationality, language, wealth, or ideology.
14. Principle
Nioret World is not here to manufacture agreement. It is here to let real people communicate without ads, paid influence, fake humanity, or artificial popularity deciding who gets heard.
