These Terms govern use of Nioret World, operated by Nioret Systems LLC.
1. Service
Nioret World is a global communication and community platform with public communities, forums, World Lobby, private messages, private groups, connections, profiles, translation, notifications, reports, account controls, games, and related features.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, submitted information, and sign-in credentials. Nioret World may require email verification and recent authentication before sensitive actions.
3. Human participation
Nioret World prohibits fake human personas, bots pretending to be people, fabricated conversation or consensus, fake reviews or popularity, bought or sold engagement, spam armies, and deceptive manipulation. Accessibility, translation, moderation, and product-supported assistive tools are not prohibited merely because software is involved.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Nioret Systems a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, format, translate, moderate, secure, and technically modify that content only as reasonably necessary to operate Nioret World.
5. Public and private areas
Public areas may be visible to anyone. Private messages and private groups are participant-limited under access controls. Nioret World does not currently promise end-to-end encryption.
6. Translation
Nioret World may provide automated translation. Translation can be imperfect. Original content may be preserved alongside translated rendering.
7. Safety and moderation
Nioret World permits broad expression while restricting serious harm, unlawful exploitation, impersonation, spam, abuse, manipulation, and security threats. Nioret Systems may investigate reports and take proportionate action, including removal, feature restriction, suspension, or account deletion.
8. Blocking and connections
Users may connect with and block others. Blocking may prevent new direct interactions, while existing conversation history may remain where necessary for continuity or records.
9. Deactivation and deletion
You may deactivate or delete your account through available controls. Deactivation preserves the account for later reactivation. Deletion removes the active authentication identity and profile as implemented by the service. Some records may remain for conversation integrity, safety, moderation, security, legal obligations, abuse prevention, or dispute handling, and may appear under a neutral label such as “Deleted account.”
10. Misuse
Do not infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls, gain unauthorized access, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or exploit vulnerabilities to harm users or Nioret World.
11. No paid reach or trust
Nioret World does not sell paid reach, paid trust, paid ranking, follower counts, or advertising-based influence. Any future paid cosmetic customization must not affect trust, moderation, verification, or organic reach.
12. Changes and availability
Features may change. Nioret World is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect translation, perfect moderation, permanent storage, or error-free operation.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nioret Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of Nioret World. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
